At Rara Barefoot, we want your feet to feel free and comfortable; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
